11/21/2011	They received our NOV for Failure to Submit letter. She said they just submitted a CNMP in July so she thought that was enough. I explained that since they did just submit that in July they did not have to submit a short form but we still needed the annual compliance fee. I gave her the compliance fee form number and Stacy said she would get that off the DNR website.	LONDA WITTE
