6/12/2009	On June 12, 2009 Mr. Bowie called in regards to his MMP. Mr. Bowie indicated that his MMP was due February 1st and a letter he received indicated he was to have submitted a plan based on phosphorous. He wanted to know if there was a hurry as long as it was completed before he hauled manure in the fall. Mr. Bowie was informed that if his plan was due in February he was at least four months past the due date and the department could take enforcement action. He was instructed to call back on Monday and ask to speak with Jeannie Greiner.	MARK HEIDERSCHEIT
