8/21/2011	System found a cross connection between a process waste line and a storm water line. On July 4, some production was moved and waste line was connected to what all thought was a process waste line. It was determined on 7/26 that it was connected to a storm water line. All the process waste went to the storm sewer lift station and was pumped to the facilities wastewater system as there was no significant rain event during this time period. Are currently dye testing all the drains to determine where they go and will also televise the storm sewer and process waste line. Will follow up with letter.	JULIE SIEVERS
