12/1/2010	System is land applying sludge via an umbilical pipe. They had a leak in the pipe and lost about 1,000 gallons onto land owned by the City of Storm Lake. They have talked with the City and have land applied the sludge. Some was near the acreage and well and they have moved the sludge away from that area and land applied. None reached any water or tile intake. They will repair the pipe and start again tomorrow and will continue to check the pipeline regularly.	JULIE SIEVERS
