2/9/2010	Had questions regarding the proper way to add new land application fields to the various Land application permits held by Sparboe company in New Hampton. I ultimately referred him to Matt McDonald of the DNR Central Office Solid Waste Section if and when he wants to add more fields to the various permits. I do NOT have to do an onsite inspection of these new fields prior to their being added to the current permits.	DOUG HAWKER
