9/23/2025	Mr. Ambort is the A/B operator, and he asked when the DNR will be onsite to perform an inspection. I explained that third-party inspections are required every other year, but need to be contracted with a UST company. not the DNR. The tanks database shows that the last third-party inspection was completed on September 20, 2023, by Tanknology.	MATT CALVERT
