5/29/2025	Carl King contacted me to discuss their COD and ammonia results. They are looking at possible options to ensure they are compliant with their proposed limits. I told him they may have to contact an engineering firm and provided him a link to the American Council of Engineering Companies of Iowa. We discussed aeration as a possible option, but ultimately, I recommended he talk to a wastewater engineer. I also informed him that a construction permit would most likely be required for modifying the wastewater system.	JACOB DONAGHY
