The email read as follows: Ryk, Jon <jon.ryk@dnr.iowa.gov> Apr 10, 2024, 8:19?AM to Albert Sounds good Jimmy, I checked with Jeff Prier, the Senior in AFO in this Field Office, and he suggested having you submit records of the basin inspections to me via email over the next couple months (wet season). So, just to make it all official, can you put that all down in a document entitled "Manure Release Prevention Plan Action" that you sign and send back to me (email is fine) and that should do it for the plan of action. And make sure that in the document you put that you will perform and document the basin inspections prior to releasing any water in the basin and keep copies of those.
