His original email and my response are as follows (response first): Hey Jimmy, I would check with Jeff Prier in our office (jeff.prier@dnr.iowa.gov). He is the senior specialist in the AFO program. He should be able to point you to some contacts who can help with the MMP as well. Otherwise, there are Bert Noll (bert.noll@dnr.iowbert.noll@dnr.iowa.gov) and Josh Sobaski (josh.sobaski@dnr.iowjosh.sobaski@dnr.iowa.gov) who are both in the AFO program in our field office and should also be able to help you with that.
