3/4/2024	3/1/2024 0921: Called Jimmy Cresswell of C&M Hogs to follow up on cleanup, etc. with respect to Complaint 32932 (C&M Hogs Manure release 12/2/23). I asked Jimmy about the status of emptying the pits. He mentioned that they have been pumped down 2 feet below the top and that he has installed a shut off valve on the drain pipe from the secondary containment structure. He mentioned that he has repopulated the buildings with wean pigs approximately 30 days ago. I asked about his plans for getting out to apply manure and drain the pits down further and he mentioned that he has four diffferent sites that he has yet to apply and that they are over 150 acres worth of ground. He also indicated that he spoke with Kelli Book regarding the AO. He informed me he had a tire come ff the tank trailer and that he just got a hub for it and will be installing it today (3/1/24) and then he can continue to apply. I asked that he send me an email outlining the different crop ground he has available to apply and also include documentation of the fullness of the pits under the buildings.	JON RYK
