12/11/2023	12/8/2023 1410: Call to Jimmy Cresswell as follow up for manure release. I discussed what Ryan Stouder had shared with me regarding his visit on December 8, 2023. I mentioned that Ryan indicated there was still manure pooled near the east end of the buildings and that the manure impacted soils were still there. I discussed with Jimmy that rain was anticipated this weekend and that, if he did not address the ponded manure and the manure impacted soils that were still present by the buildings then none of the water that may accumulate in the secondary containment structure can be released and must be collected and land applied. I also mentioned that if he does get the area cleaned up prior to this weekend to please send pictures of the cleaned up area.	JON RYK
