5/8/2023	1413 Hrs: Carl King, engineer with Van Diest, called and reported that they did not collect a glyphosate sample in April. Glyphosate sampling is required once per month for process wastewater prior to treatment and after treatment. Mr. King reported that the lab did not send them the bottles with their sampling kit. I told him to note it on his DMR and explain the situation. He stated that they had implemented some process changes to make sure this doesn't happen again. I told him to note those on his DMR as well.	JACOB DONAGHY
