3/28/2023	Scott and I had a discussion with Chase regarding the change in operators. They are looking to make a decision by the end of the week. Possible options at this point are Jason Butler, Kelly Evans, or someone through Bolton & Menk. They are still planning to get Adrian Zavala certified. We will require at least 2 visits per week.
