7/20/2022 Mike had some questions about a private development/water main that one of the residents caused to leak and shut down the whole development on saturday. Mike was wondering what his level of responsibility is in these situations. There is no master meter but the city does read meters and conduct billing. City has no responsibility for ds repairs in the development. There are 30-40 homes. He told residents to flush but was concerned about whether this should have been a BA. I told him I would send a 28E agreement that was set up in Boone when similar things were happening. JANET GASTINEAU
