7/18/2022	Reddish Addition 30 to 40 homes. Tore out the tree stump and shut off all 40 houses and started to get phone calls as the stump caused a leak. Private mains but city does the billing. ended up modifying shutoff so only 6 were without water for about 4.5 hours no locates other than curb stops Who is responsible? I told mike it's like the MHP, not the city and agreed to look for a 28e agreement example they could use.	JANET GASTINEAU
