6/30/2022	Jay Moore just called to let us know that about 30 minutes ago they got the decision that this case is finally over. Gordon has exhausted all of his appeals and they have ruled in favor of NFP. It has been going on for years, and has cost lots of legal fees. This was the case that had NFP start using the electrically charged fence to try to appease Gordon with odor concerns. There is a lot of history here; one of us old timers can tell you some pretty fun stories about it. Gordon lives just north of a swine site which is known as Sanderson in Emmet county.	LOIS BENSON
