5/16/2022	Email from attorney (originally sent to FO4): We understand that Skiff Medical Center has an incinerator permit (Permit No. 50-SDP-06-90). Skiff is undergoing an indirect change of ownership (i.e., its direct parent is not changing, but it’s grandparent is changing), with no change to name or Tax ID to Skiff itself. We wanted to confirm whether there are any requirements that Skiff provide notice to you regarding this indirect change and, if so, in what form and timeframe (pre or post-closing).	BILL GROSS
