2/17/2021	Jay would like to stockpile through Farm Nutrients, east of Farm Nutrients scale house and west of the lagoons on about 7 acres, east side of the road. There are no waterways, no water of the state, no alluvial soils, no tile intakes, low slopes, no residences. They will remove the stockpiles within 6 months. An email was sent describing this as well as attaching the Dry Manure-Poultry stockpiling fact sheet.	CINDY MARTENS
