To complete the RAA for TOC divide by 10 to get the average rather than dividing by 12. I get 1.72 instead of 1.43. Don't worry about correcting it for January but when you calculate it for February and definitely for March, which is the end of the quarter and we'll check it for compliance, take an average of the 10 values you have and leave October and November 2019 blank on summary page 2 of 2 until they drop out.
