12/10/2019	Talked with Ed Andrews about confusion of when original plan is due- thought he only needed to submit an annual update. Looked through the file and the last time there was a full plan was 2015. Talked with Brian and Ed and figured out a new plan is due in 2019, but the soil samples and RUSLE-2s they have are out of date. Gave him until January 10, 2020 to submit the full plan without penalty.	ASHLEY SHERRETS
