10/31/2019	Yesterday Oct. 30 @3:15pm, Mike Forristall notified the field office of a main break and repair. The incident had occurred earlier in the week and the results from the first batch of bacteria samples had been received, and passed. Mike was requesting guidance on whether a second set of samples was needed. He stated that the impacted portion of the DS was completely depressurized during the repair process. I advised him to go ahead with a second set of samples. Approx 40 homes impacted and the city did door-to-door notifications. Mike planned to notify FO5 when he received the results from the second set of samples.	TED PETERSEN
