5/2/2019	Telephone conversation - said has been working with NRCS (Jeremy Thilges from the Palo Alto County office) to develop a conservation plan designed to eliminate the potential runoff from manure applications to the field from reacing the tributary to the south. He is currently waiting on NRCS to finalize the plan, which is anticipated to include berms and terraces within the grass waterway. The State Conservationist, Kurt Simon from the Sioux City office, is also involved.	BRANDON MINER
