3/20/2019	Mr. Garrison wanted to know what we were going to do to NFP to make them stop discharging from their manure application field. We have had a lot of rain and snowmelt, along with flooding in NW IA so all fields are running like rivers. There is really nothing we can do about it at this time and NFP has been referred to our legal team in DM for a possible penalty and POA. We just need to wait and let the process work.	CINDY MARTENS
