12/4/2018	Gordon wanted to know if NFP was given permission to spread manure w/o injection. Yes they were with the emergency waiver due to a very wet fall and a very early freeze. He is concerned with the slope and HEL classification. I told him they planned to stay as far away from the north boundary as they can and they will apply as little as possible to get through until spring. He will call us when it melts and starts running into the creek. He is sure that it will.	CINDY MARTENS
