10/11/2018	Indicated that they pulled their 3rd quarterly toxicity sample on 10/1/18 and it passed. Since they have now passed 3 successive tests, they can resume their annual testing. I also inquired about the anticipated bypass for pigging their line and was told that it was put on hold due to the rain. He will provide notification when it occurs or let us know if it will be delayed until next year.	SHEILA KENNY
