8/29/2018	Wanted to let me know that he will be submitting his progress report for the chloride, copper, and DO compliance schedule. They feed they can meet the DO and chloride limits, but will have difficulty meeting the current copper limit. They have seen a marked decrease in the chloride since discontinuing use of copper sulfate. They have also conducted a stream study and will be requesting that site-specific limits be established and the permit amended by January 1, 2019, when their final limits are set to go into effect.
