Contaminated media at this site include soil, groundwater, and Mississippi River sediment. Iowa DOT and Alliant Energy are PRPs at this site. The FMGP site is located on parcels of property owned by the City of Burlington and IDOT. The commingled LUST site, Flotilla Seven Boat Club, #8LTZ76, is competely enveloped by this plume and has been transferred to Contaminated Sites for oversight.
