This site was first assessed by Terracon Environmental in 1994 as part of a Phase II ESA. Other assessments were performed in 2000 by Fox Engineering and in 2002 by Braun Intertec. Records for these assessments are listed in the CON 12-15 file under the Title- Farmland Foods, Dubuque, Iowa.
