7/24/09 Matt Culp forwarded email from Jill Stevens enclosing the environmental covenant and a map. dwornson 8/18/09 DWornson reviewed covenant and made some suggested revisions. Emailed to Mat Culp to review IPL's suggested activity and use limiations since they appear to be inadquate in several respects. DWornson 5/7/10 DWornson received recently a revised EC in response to earlier suggested revisions. Matt Culp reviewed the activity and use language and approved it and said any offsite risks were being handles separately. DWornson responded to Barb Butler's email stating that the rest of the EC looked acceptable and reminded her to submit supporting documention with final submittal. DW
