Former dry cleaning facility with main groundwater contaminants of concern being PCE, TCE and other daughter products. Sub-slab and indoor air sampling at adjacent properties had some detections, but no vapor sampling at the site. EPA differed additional assessment in 2020 while site was active dry cleaners. A property use change in 2023 has allowed for potential expanded sampling at the site.
