High levels of 1,2-Dichloroethene, 2-Butanon (MEK), Acetone, Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Methyl Chloride, Naphthalene, and Xylene identified in the former underground tank area at the site. DNR allowed groundwater monitoring to cease in 2014, plume stable and under building. SSDS ran 2014-2022 as LEL for methane exceeded. Trial shutdown in 2023 resulted in no vapor LEL readings, allowed to shutdown "active" system but recommended move to "passive".
