6/23/09 Legal received a letter from Rodney Wittkamp, President of Industrial Plaza, Inc., curren owner of the subject site proposing to exclude the norh 250 feet of the site from coverage under the environmental covenant since no contaminantion was discovered on this portion of the site. DWornson asked Greg Fuhrman to review this proposal. DWornson 12-11-09: resolved environemtnal coveannt issues earlier this week; sent covenant up to director for signature; got it back today. will send to Rod Wittkamp for signature and recording, CC to Greg (TM) 1-6-10: talked with Rod and a few mistakes were noted in the soil and needed to be corrected. they have been - sending back to the director for signature (TM) 1-13-10: mailed signed covenant back to Mr. Wittkamp; requested copy of recorded covenant be sent to GF (TM)
