A former UST site where the UST was removed in 1994 and a DNR certificate of completion was issued for the UST in November 1994. A Phase II ESA was conducted in 2026 as part of due diligence to facilitate a real estate transaction, and findings of the ESA revealed relatively low detections with arsenic in soil and lead in groundwater being the only detected contaminants above applicable regulatory standards. DNR determined that the site is not likely to present a hazardous condition and did not require any additional assessment.
