A small property that contained 6 ASTs. A Phase II Assessment was conducted to sample soil and groundwater in the vicinity of the tanks in anticipation of their decommissioning and removal from the site. Analytical results detected some petroleum products in the soil and groundwater at low concentrations, but the observed concentrations do not appear to present a hazardous condition to site users or nearby residents. DNR reviewed the report and determined that no additional assessment is necessary at the time based on the reported results.
