The site was purchased by Kwik Trip Inc in 2024 with the purpose of building a new Kwik Star Gas Station. A Phase I ESA and subsequent LSI revealed minimal detections of TEH in soil, along with a couple of other contaminants, but all detections were low amounts and the site does not appear to present a hazardous condition based on the data available. No additional assessment is required at this time.
