A 3.3 acre site that formerly operated as a gas station in the western portion and a use car dealership and auto body shop in the eastern portion. The former gas station is a LUST site that has achieved NFA closure through the DNR LUST program and A Phase I ESA conducted at the site to facilitate the sale identified the former LUST site as well as historical operations as a car dealership and body shop as RECs for the site. A Phase II ESA investigated these RECs and did not find evidence of a hazardous condition. DNR reviewed the site reports as part of the ISS program and does not require any additional assessment at this time.
