A vacant grassy lot that was formerly used as an agricultural row crop field since at least 1937. Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments were performed to facilitate the purchase of the property and found one Recognized Environmental Condition related to the use of a neighboring property. Soil and groundwater samples collected at the site did not reveal any evidence of a hazardous condition, and DNR does not require any additional assessment at this time.
