A site formerly used to manufacture trailers and agricultural equipment. An investigation was conducted as part of an acquisition of the property. Low levels of VOCs, SVOCs, and/or RCRA metals were detected in soil and groundwater, but nothing at levels that present an unacceptable risk to human health and the environment based on current site use. DNR completed an ISS review and determined that no additional assessment is required at the site at this time.
