A former aboveground storage tank farm that has since been decommissioned. A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment was conducted following removal of the tanks and associated equipment to investigate potential soil and groundwater contamination. Soil samples returned limited detections of BTEX and TEH-Diesel at levels below statewide standards and groundwater samples did not return any detections. No additional assessment is required at this time, but if future construction activities are planned DNR should be consulted to ensure that contaminated soil/and or groundwater is handled properly and worker safety is ensured.
