Site is a current grain elevator operation that requested an Initial Site Screening (ISS). The site had a Limited Site Investigation conducted where a number of contaminates were discovered. Though some levels were observed above the Iowa statewide standards for water and soil, the site was assigned a "priority 3" meaning while contamination is present current and assumed future use it poses minimal threat to human health. However, with the very limited data provided if conditions on site were to change additional investigation will likely be required.
