A former dry cleaner with chlorinated solvent contamination in the groundwater as a result of past dry cleaning operations. Initial investigations discovered VOCs in the groundwater and vapor intrusion issues in the building on the site. A Vapor Intrusion Mitigation System has been installed at the site to eliminate unacceptable health risk to building occupants, and confirmatory sampling and analysis is ongoing to ensure that the mitigation system is effective.
