This LRP site has two parcels. One is currently owned by Waterview LLC (as of 10/19/18) and the other is owned by the City of Des Moines. Waterview LLC has entered into an agreement to purchase the city property and is enrolling both together. The Waterview property was formerly a rail line and has lead in excess of SWS in soil. The city property was formerly a LUST site with NAR status (though no NFA since it was pre-RBCA). Petroleum chemicals will thus be excluded from any NFA certificate issued by the Con Sites Section. Received email from Ryan Peterson (consultant) on 4/4/19 that owner (Waterview) has decided to put off work on this site for ~1 year.
