A site consisting of three parcels in Council Bluffs, Iowa that is utilized for commercial businesses. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment conducted in 2015 found Recognized Environmental Conditions related to the historic use of the site as an auto repair shop as well as an "oil pit" of unknown use or age observed on the site. A subsequent Limited Phase II Assessment did not find any chemicals of concern exceeding statewide standards. As a result, DNR determined that no evidence exists to suggest a hazardous condition and does not require any additional action at this time based on the information available.
