Previous history w/ DNR prior to enrollment, including a cleanup by soil excavation of apparent paint related contamination. (DNR oversight was suggested by EPA.) Following excavation limited groundwater monitoring was implemented. Purpose of enrollment included NFA certificate to comfort purchase of operation by local investors. Purchase for purpose of keeping plant in operation as corporate parent was contemplating move.
