Site was assessed and given a deferral by DNR Con Sites in 2009-2012. Site was also investigated for UST/LUST in 1990. New Phase 2 report was completed in 2026 to investigate whether any major changes had occurred in the last 15 years. New Phase 2 found conditions very similar what was found in 2009/10. It is evident that leaks or spills occurred from UST systems in the past, but the current OA2 detections indicate highly weathered fuel rather than a new release. Issued a re-assessment letter noting that the 2012 DNR letter is NOT an NFA letter, but rather, is a deferral letter. Letter offers to assist with EC should the property owners request it.
