(TM) 10-22-09: had discussion with IMI and thier counsel about some mortgages identified on Lot 10, but turns out they are antiquated and beyond recovery. They have identified a holder and will be sending me the updated version today; i will send to the Director for signature ASAP. (TM) 10-23-09: sent covenant to Director for signature (TM) 12-7-09: there was an error on the RP's end in signing the covenant (notary issues), so sent back for re-excution. sent to Director. (TM) 12-11-09: got the covenant back from the Director; sending back to Ken today (TM)
