Site entered into Land Recycling Program. COCs include arsenic, chromium, and lead in soil and TEH-waste oil in groundwater. A shallow soil excavation was completed to remove near surface soil contaminants and an Environmental Covenant was placed on the site. NFA Certificate was issued in December 2023.
