(1) In February 2017, this segment was split up to account for Cedar Lake (IA 04-LDM-1101). The previous segment was from mouth to trib S26,T76N,R28W Madison Co. (2) Prior to the 2008 IR cycle, this segment had only the Class B(LR) warmwater aquatic life designated use. Due to changes in Iowa’s surface water classification approved by U.S. EPA in 2008, this segment now has the presumptive Class A1 primary contact recreation designated use and the warmwater aquatic life designated use is now Class BWW2.
