You do not need to make an account to renew an existing permit

If you just want to renew an existing permit without an account, choose the first option below.

To apply for a new permit, you must have an account. If you want to apply for a new permit and have an account, choose the second option below. If you want to apply for a new permit and do not have an account, choose the third option below.

You do not need to certify the application to renew an existing permit even if you renew sing your existing account. Consultants may now submit renewals for their clients since certifications are no longer necessary.
