Redemption Center Application
Use this form to request approval for your Redemption Center. Redemption Centers approved by the Department
will be included in the electronic Redemption Center Directory that will be utilized by the public and dealers
in your area. Find more information on the DNR website.
You are applying for a 2024 registration. This registration approval will expire on January 31, 2025.
If you wish to renew your registration and extend the expiration date then you will need to reapply on or after January 1, 2025.
